It’s the 11th season of Winter Hospitality Overflow. As a “seasoned volunteer” – you can get first “dibs” on dates. But don’t feel like you need to build the whole shift – if I know you are working, I can ask someone new to work with you, and they will be less nervous because they know they can rely on your experience. Every year there are improvements at St Paul. This year improvements include
- New carpeting
- New key system (only 1 key, new key box is easier to use
- Need 3 volunteers for evening shifts
- On overnight shifts – need 2 adults (over 18) but only 1 needs to be awake at a time.
- At CKA Hanukah festival we will be asking for donations of supplies for WHO (hopefully there will be less that we as volunteers need to bring in)
This year, we are using VolunteerSpot (an online signup and reminder tool) to schedule shifts at W.H.O. for our team, Kol Ami and Friends.
