| Associate (non-voting) | ½ of Congregational dues or ½ of specialty dues levels | Qualifications: A member in good standing of another synagogue as verified by CKA – or – reside outside our general area of 60 or more miles from CKA – or – have no Jewish adults in household Associate Memberships: Non-Voting Members; Not eligible for burial at Kehilat Olam (CKA’s cemetery); Pay non-member fees for rabbinic officiating, education programs, and use of the synagogue for events. |
Oneg Fee. Each family is responsible for two Shabbat Onegs. Your $55 fee pays for the wine, juice, challah and refreshments the synagogue offers for our two weekly Shabbat services, and other events and holidays. If you would like to host two Onegs rather than pay the Oneg fee please contact the office to schedule your dates. Your Oneg Fee also helps take care of Oneg costs for families who cannot afford the added fee. Thank you for helping the congregation have Oneg refreshments available throughout the year!
