Membership Categories & Fees 5780 (2019-20)
Thank you for supporting the Jewish people and this Jewish community. Membership makes it possible for this community to have a synagogue, rabbinical leadership, a professionally run religious school program, services, events and many other good things. Your support means we never say no to anyone with a Jewish need.
Please read over our membership categories and then link to the form below to create a new membership or to renew your membership. If you are renewing, please make sure you provide your latest information.
| Kokhavim Stars of our Congregation | $9,000 | Includes: Annual Social Engagement with Rabbi for 2; 4 guest admissions to High Holy Days; 2 admissions to all CKA sponsored events: Break the Fast, Moo Shu Shabbat, & Passover Seder. |

Specialty Dues Levels If above dues are not affordable
| Single Adult | $1250 | One adult in household |
| Single Parent Family | $1650 | One adult in household plus child/children |
| Senior Single | $750 | One adult in household and age 65+ |
| Senior Family | $1360 | More than one adult in household and age 65+ |
| Associate (non-voting) | ½ of Congregational dues – or – ½ of specialty dues levels | Qualifications: A member in good standing of another synagogue as verified by CKA – or – reside outside our general area of 60 or more miles from CKA – or – have no Jewish adults in household Associate Memberships: Non-Voting Members; Not eligible for burial at Kehilat Olam (CKA’s cemetery); Pay non-member fees for rabbinic officiating, education programs, and use of the synagogue for events. |
Fees
| Oneg Fee | $55 | Each family is responsible for a minimum of one oneg. If you would like to host an oneg rather than pay the oneg fee please contact [email protected] to schedule a date. On the following page please sign up for your family to volunteer and to bring a food item for a holiday/ festival. |
